SCAD seeks a talent sourcing specialist to manage and execute all aspects of sourcing efforts to develop a robust pipeline of talent. In this role, you will work closely with the faculty recruitment team to understand job position requirements.
The ideal candidate has experience with social networking and internet vehicles such as email, search engines, social media, job boards and job postings; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; the ability to manage and analyze data; and experience with applicant tracking systems.
