Recruit and select prospective applicants to the UCLA Anderson M.B.A. Program. Responsible for marketing of the M.B.A. Program via catalog, brochures, printed materials and electronic media. Develop and implement marketing strategies through catalog and printed materials and via the internet. Plan and represent the M.B.A. Program at M.B.A. Forums, Information Evenings, and Admit Receptions worldwide. Serve as a key member of the Admissions Committee responsible for selecting a class of 360 from approximately 4000 applications. Evaluate 1000 to 1500 applications annually. Responsible for providing analysis and reports on all aspects of student recruitment efforts. Design and implement targeted recruitment activities. Responsible for recruiting and training student and alumni volunteers who assist recruiting activities. Train and guide relevant staff on projects and customer service methodologies. Analyze and develop segment marketing efforts. Design and implement yield activities.
