We are actively seeking a passionate, collaborative, energetic, and forward-thinking Senior Business Process Project Manager to join our team. If enjoy working in a startup environment, and enjoy managing multiple fast paced projects at once, we would like to hear from you.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading business process definition and improvement and working to align critical business systems to maximize efficiency in NPI, manufacturing and supply chain of CesiumAstro’s diverse array of electronic assemblies for satellites and other aerospace platforms.
Your work will have a direct impact on the success of the company. You will partner closely with stakeholders across engineering, program management, manufacturing, quality, and the supply chain to lead process and system definition as well as implementing analytics strategies to ensure leaders have actionable data for decision making.

Drive operational growth through integration of business processes and critical business operational systems including ERP, Configuration Management, CRM, commodity purchasing, and shop floor / manufacturing automation.

Manage, oversee, and coordinate ongoing business systems operations.

Lead project initiatives to identify gaps in current systems and processes and implement industry best practices, while directing and managing internal subject matter experts and outside vendors to build systems and processes to close these gaps.

Serve as the primary process improvement resource across assigned transformation workstreams, creating process documentation and process maps as needed.

Develop and manage budgets and resources to achieve organizational goals.

Identify process breakdowns and offer improvement suggestions to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

Leverage technology to further improve processes where appropriate, including incorporating automation.

12 years of business process transformation experience.

Bachelor of Science (BS) or Master of Science (MS) degree in a relevant engineering field (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering etc.) from an accredited university or institution.

Experience in aerospace or other high-reliability industries.

Demonstrated project management skills leading large scale process improvements in an electronics manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in lean manufacturing methodologies.

Proficiency with PLM and ERP software, including usage of MRP, QMS, and MES modules.

Experience with change management, nonconformance documentation, root cause analysis, corrective action systems, and acceptance criteria.

Experience successfully tackling multiple high-priority tasks.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and consultative skills, facilitation skills.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Knowledge of business systems architectures.

Proficiency in AS9100/ISO9001 quality management system requirements.

Experience with cost analysis, managing suppliers, and configuration management.
