Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work with management regarding staffing needs, job descriptions and requirements
  • Post Job Opportunities online and in physical locations
  • Look for valued candidates for open positions and screen resumes
  • Schedule and conduct initial interviews, coordinate 2nd Interview with managers and applicants

Previous experience with recruiting and hiring preferred

Project Coordinator

  • Scheduling Home Visits with customers and our technicians
  • Scheduling installations with our customers and our installation team
  • Scheduling Final Inspections with our customers, technicians and township inspectors
  • All scheduling is based around availability of each party, weather and other factors

Previous experience with scheduling, coordinating with townships and customers preferred.
