Associate Consultant: Trainer

General Overview:
The consulting workforce leverages combined people, process, and technology competencies to support large-scale, complex customer engagements; collaborates with Product, Infrastructure, and Security teams to configure solutions and deliver value to customers; acts as subject matter expert and trusted advisor in both practice and customer spaces; and works closely with engagement and practice leadership team to define strategic and tactical direction.

The Associate Consultant delivers value to customers through client-facing advisory and delivery services in support of HM Health Solutions product offerings. Accountabilities include, but are not limited to, assessing learning and business needs, development of curriculum and other documentation, training end users and client trainers,, supporting end users during migrations and building and sharing institutional knowledge.

Essential Job Functions:
Quickly master complex systems and applications and transfer knowledge using best practices to assure learning.
Perform complex needs analysis using methodologies such as ADDIE and/or SAM to support complex client enterprise transformations and collaorate with others to implement learning programs that support client transformation based upon that needs analysis
Create training materials and courses for traditional classroom learning and virtual synchronous and asy nchronous learning opportunities.
Develop self-directed eLearning courses using state-of-the-art tools such as Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate and Rise.
Establish and maintain iterative review processes that assure continuous improvement in content, methodologies and delivery
Deliver, as necessary, courses both onsite and virtually using techniques designed to assure learner success
Maintain classroom presence both online and face-to-face as necessary
Partner sucessfully with a diverse team of Change Management and Technical professionals to assure client success.
Other duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, Communications or another relevant field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
At least 1-3 years training and/or designing curriculum
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, Communications or another relevant field.
1+ years' consulting/and or industry experience
1+ years' delivering platform training or curriculum t
Experience engaging, influencing, and advising senior executive leaders
Experience working in complex matrixed environments
Professional Certifications in Instructional Design, Evaluation and/or Facilitation such as Kirkpatrick, ASTD or DDI

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: up to 80% travel
