Analytics is a core business function in the Personal Loans vertical and our new hire will be responsible for running various analyses to determine areas of focus, projections for management, and client optimization and testing. This role requires an individual that will be very analytical, skilled at managing relationships, detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines. We are looking for someone who is whip smart, able to execute, and has an optimistic, work hard, play hard mentality.
Reporting and analytics to support the Personal Loans category and its clients
Ongoing direct operational management and P&L responsibilities for a set of clients
Full responsibility and management of client accounts with performance measured on revenue and profit results
Manage the creation of complex online media projects, coordinating resources from multiple parts of the organization (marketing, sales, web development, engineering)
Active management of client relationship, setting and managing expectations proactively
Access and analyze significant amounts of data to identify trends and/or patterns which lead to specific insights about programs
Provide thought leadership in developing new, innovative marketing practices
Management of monthly product reconciliations and client billings
Regularly work to identify unfulfilled client needs and develop & sell products & services to meet those needs
BA/BS degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, English, Marketing, or any related field
Recent grad or 0-2 years of experience
Must have experience with SQL, Tableau is a plus
Experience in a consultative account management position is a plus
Good grasp of best practices in online performance marketing
Solid project management and team leadership skills
Thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
Outstanding analytical skills and rigor, excellent at complex problem-solving
Must be very comfortable with numbers and highly proficient in Excel to analyze data
Must be able to grasp the key drivers of the business, be comfortable with multi-tasking and have the ability to independently prioritize tasks given business drivers
Solid understanding of web metrics, online pricing structures (CPM, CPC, CPL, etc.) and how they impact the profitability of a business
