We are a successful investment management firm located in downtown Los Angeles. We are looking for an administrative assistant who will help us with a variety of office support tasks, such as, answering phones, greeting guests, sorting incoming mail, scanning and filing documents, binding presentation booklets, and maintaining office supplies.
The successful candidate will also perform account administrator duties, such as assisting in opening new accounts, supporting portfolio managers, completing Excel spreadsheets, entering data in Salesforce, and working with various portfolio management software and websites.
We cater to wealthy individuals so image is very important to us. We only hire high caliber employees. Often, the person we hire will be the first person that our clients or guests see when they come into our office. We therefore need someone professional, courteous, and friendly.
You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel. Must have very strong interpersonal skills. A start starter who can work with little supervision. Work needs to be neat, organized, and accurate.
