Come join a friendly and diverse team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a full time (37.5 hrs/wk) Senior Secretary in Worcester.

We are looking for a team player to complete our Admin team at a busy outpatient mental health clinic. We are looking for a flexible and energetic person to help serve our clients and staff at our busy outpatient clinic in Worcester. This job offers a chance to do many different kinds of administrative activities working with a group of folks dedicated to the mission of our agency.

CHL’s Youth & Family Center provides clinical services for parents and caregivers of children, adolescents and transitional aged youth with behavioral challenges. Our multidisciplinary staff clinicians and trainees strive to provide culturally informed and strength based psychological services: office based psychotherapy, assessment and consultation. Psychiatry services are available for ongoing clients.

Responsibilities
Assisting with data entry, reception, and Intakes
Asissting with managment of client Intake and Wait list
Return phone calls for those interested in services
Assisting with insurance authorizations and verifications
Update client information in electronic medical record
Working with Program Managers to assign cases to therapists
Respects diverse views and approaches, demonstrates Standards of Respect, and contributes to creating and maintaining an environment of professionalism, tolerance, civility and acceptance toward all employees, patients and visitors.
Qualifications
HSD/HiSet/GED required, Associates degree preferred
Computer Literacy -Proficient in Microsoft word and Excel
Experience using EMR helpful
Effective written and oral communication skills and good organizational skills
Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with all staff, clients and providers in a respectful and confidential manner
Ability to maintain calm and react appropriately in difficult situations H.S.D. required Associates degree helpful
Bilingual helpful
Must be able to pass a CORI background check
