Job Description:

Job Title: Principal Product Owner ( multiple openings)
Job Location: Riverwoods, Illinois
Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Ensure an outcome for a product is delivered that meets the requests from stakeholders and customers. This requires a fundamental understanding of the business and its constraints (financial, marketing, compliance, legal, service, the customer environment, the technical capabilities, the user experience, etc.) in order to provide a solution that satisfies all stakeholders and customers . Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field and 6 years of experience in a Consultant, Associate Consultant, Senior Software Engineer or related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology or related field and 4 years of experience in a Consultant, Associate Consultant, Senior Software Engineer or related occupation.
Position required skills: Six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation: Alternatively, if applying with a Master’s degree, Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: performing banking business and systems analysis, including requirement gathering and gap analyses: working with Banking Deposits and Lending; testing core banking products; performing User Acceptance Testing; creating test plans and validating test results; working in Waterfall or Agile development cycles and Scrum framework; and supporting Finacle core banking implementations.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $110,344.00 to $151,200.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
