Showroom Sales Associate/ New Business Development



Perfection Fence is seeking to fill a unique position. The position is an Indoor Sales Person/ New Business Development Rep. The position is being formed to better help clients who visit our Show Room as well as identifying, prospecting and qualifying new clients for the Outside Design Consultants. The Business Development Representative is expected to coordinate and work with other personnel including Sales Managers, Outside Design Consultants, Customer Service and Manufacturing staff to insure 100% customer satisfaction.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Perform all sales activities in the Show Room.
  • Acquire and maintain proficiency of the product lines and acquire the ability to explain and demonstrate products.
  • Prospect for new business effectively through internet searches and Social Media avenues with the goal of setting appointments for ODC's.
  • Consistently track opportunities and update pipeline in CRM.
  • Assist with Marketing to targeted assignments as required.
  • Assist with fielding incoming calls for PF.
  • Consistently perform above at/above Goal level.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Sales experience is the primary requirement, including cold calling and building sales pipelines.
  • Proven record of inside sales.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with inbound marketing and lead generation and how it works with the sales process.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Products.
  • Ability to conduct internet searches and connect through Linkedin.

This is an onsite full-time position that could lead to an Outside Design Consultant position for the right person. Compensation is hourly plus commission on all appointments generated.
