Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and to offer the best loan products
- Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary information is collected
- Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations and other legal requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
- Proven work experience as a Loan Officer or similar role
- Knowledge of accounting software, financial software, and mathematical skills
- Familiarity with credit analysis, underwriting procedures, and escrow processes
- Ability to negotiate terms and conditions effectively
- Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
