Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative

The Dispatcher / CSR is responsible for answering the phones, scheduling appointments, effectively and efficiently managing the assignment and follow up with the technicians jobs. Maintain the highest levels of customer service while meeting or exceeding company objectives. He/she is also responsible to schedule the installers jobs per the Install Manger’s or General Manager recommendations. It is the Dispatcher / CSR who finalizes daily Jobs including proper collection.

The dispatcher / CSR also responds to website submissions and website chats, Yelp and Angie’s List, and answering service messages. The Dispatcher / CSR / Admin also ensures Review Requests are properly sent, and responds to online reviews (Google, Yelp, Angie’s List, etc.). He or she also file documents as needed, apply stamps to outgoing mail, and performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal verbal communications skills with internal team members and customers.
  • Good computer skills. Knowledge of common office applications such as MS Word, MS Excel. Experience with our dispatch and operating system (ServiceTitan).
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task in an intense, dynamic environment.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Good interpersonal skills.

The work environment is a fast-paced and intense. The noise level is usually moderate but will vary occasionally. The work environment will subject employees to continual interruptions and changing priorities. Effective, consistent, and constant communication with customers, vendors, co-workers, and others is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 /hour

  • Call Center: 2 years (Required)
