Director of Sales
Summary: A Director of Sales works closely with both on-property leadership as well as off-property Area Directors of Sales. The ideal candidate has a service heart, eager to network and is passionate in facilitating the growth and development of all respective properties.
Leadership initiatives include, but are not limited to, continuous training and development of team members, maximizing revenue opportunities, and cultivating a sales first environment that excels in providing memorable guest experiences through the delivery of Platinum Service.
Desired applicants have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, specifically hospitality. Brand and/or leadership experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
