The chosen candidate will take on this responsibility with ambition and understand that every interaction with a customer is an opportunity to build brand awareness and reputation. You will help re-position the Customer Service Department to function as a revenue driver.
Answer all incoming calls with a positive up-beat attitude, providing the best possible customer service to both internal and external customers.
Accurately enter all received orders and communicate any exceptions to customers.
Master the MAS500 operating system to enter orders, retrieve customer history, stock status and sales order status.
Process Return Material Authorizations and Credits.
Maintain account relationships with key decision-makers at dealer accounts.
Create and assemble marketing materials for Sales Representatives
Proof/edit documents as assigned.
Complete other duties as assigned.

Possess strong computer skills

Must demonstrate the ability to obtain and understand concepts of paints and coatings products use to successfully communicate them to customers

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Successfully perform duties with a sense of urgency and follow through.
1+ years work experience in a order desk, customer service occupation
College degree preferred.
Proven experience dealing with customers and working in a fast paced environment.
Knowledge of paints and coatings highly desirable
Training in sales and marketing principles
Strong MS Office knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
