About the Role:
Business Operations Analysts work with the operations managers, associates, and team members to elicit, analyze, understand and validate requirements for changes to processes and information systems. With minimal supervision, the analyst will be expected to interact with varying levels of management, associates, and systems to determine & develop solutions to meet the business operational need.

Responsibilities:

Meet with operations managers, associates and peers to understand overall business operations, challenges, and growth patterns to design solutions that meet business needs

Design and document operational business requirements. Validate solutions & measure results

Present results of analysis & design to operations managers, associates, and team for a collaborative approach for solution development

Participate in department operational and strategic planning, including business requirements, release planning, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources

Manage portfolio of applications and solutions across various technologies thru product lifecycle, including product roadmap, product ideation, requirements gathering, coding and/or configuration, testing, deployment, product enhancement and support

Define and communicate product features and release milestones, service level agreements, and resource allocation to operations

Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks and present to management and operations teams
- Provide testing support as part of solution design, implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Create and coordinate user acceptance testing for design validation
- Liaison between operations and software development team
Skills and Experience Required
-
Experience in documenting requirements, configurations, and workflows
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, and business operation design (Lifecycle Management)

Title Insurance industry knowledge & eClosing platform awareness preferred

Title production system implementation and administration preferred

Understanding of actions and workflows and web services (Restful/WCF)

Must be able to handle multiple priorities/projects effectively while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills with ability to demonstrate technology/workflow solutions

Ability to deliver operations and customer-centric solutions quickly and efficiently
- Experience working collaboratively with other departments & comfortable communicating at all levels

Exhibit good listening and comprehension skills and quickly synthesize information
- Strong time management and organizational skills
