In direct support of professional positions.
Conduct a variety of clerical and administrative activities.
Maintain office files, provides word processing, spread sheets and graphics as desired; other duties as assigned.
Screen calls and visitors and refer them to staff members
Manage a wide variety of correspondence, route it to the proper staff members.
Provide administrative support.
Create meaningful presentations using PowerPoint, Visio, and other software programs.
Take meeting notes when necessary.
Initiates and tracks purchase orders for goods and services.
Participate in planning of team events and offsite meetings.

High School Diploma
No less than 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (Two full academic years of progressively higher level graduate education, masters, graduate, or professional degree may be substituted for one year of relevant experience.)
