Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or a related field. A minimum of three to six years of experience in customer service to include two years in a supervisory capacity is required. Additional experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Preferences
Customer Care & Billing System (CC&B) experience as well as MS Office 365 Applications proficiency is highly preferred. Experience in the evaluation of management systems for quality control.
