ABAFoundations (ABAF) is a provider of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy in Florida and was founded in 2015. We are looking for experienced Behavior Technicians and Therapists in the north Palm Beach area to join our growing organization. Our clinic is located in Stuart, FL, and we offer center-based and in-home ABA services to clients across the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach County region.

We are looking for passionate, experienced RBTs to join the vital clinical staff of our growing organization in the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach County region. Our Registered Behavior Technicians play the most crucial role of implementing and delivering 1:1 treatment for all our clients. Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
Provide 1:1 treatment for children at our center location, in client homes, and in the community.
Record treatment session data and complete progress notes related to the implementation of treatment plans
Participate in our continuous training initiatives
Ensure we are providing the highest quality clinical services
Possess and maintain an active RBT status
Contingent on a clear background check (both state and local)
Must include professional references
Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Public Health, Social Work or a related field is preferred
Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience working with children preferred; passion in helping families with individuals diagnosed with autism is a must
Collaborative team skills
Ethical and professional interactions with colleagues, families and professionals
Prior experience in ABA is required
