Full Job Description
The Vice President of Finance will work closely with the SVP, Head of Finance and the finance leadership team to partner with functional leaders across the organization to drive corporate objectives.
You will be the finance leader and strategic partner for matters pertaining to financial planning and analysis, revenue reporting & Forecasting, and sales operations. You will leverage your skills and experience to lead your team and identify growth and optimization opportunities in these areas. Additional responsibilities include:
Maintain / Develop relationships and reciprocal dialogue with senior leaders across the organization concerning short and long term business / sales strategy and financial objectives
Cross-functional collaboration within finance to cultivate best practices, share insights, and tackle challenges
Oversee and administer the (annual) budget planning and forecasting process as well as periodic updates to relevant stakeholders
Oversee the development and execution of sales process simplification initiatives
Sponsor and / or serve as advisor for transformational finance efforts
Expand the Finance function to support new business initiatives and foster collaborative relationships across the organization

In addition to experience with the responsibilities listed above, additional requirements to be considered for this position:
12+ years of experience in corporate finance, sales strategy and operations, and/or consulting
5+ years of experience at Director level or above
Excellent financial and business model development skills
Strong business acumen, analytical and problem solving skills
Superior communication, presentation and influencing skills (at all levels)
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Experience mentoring, developing and coaching a high-performing organization
Skilled at identifying potential talent and developing career paths for team member success
Commitment and passion for creating and promoting a diverse and inclusive culture within the team

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
