Parker and Lynch is seeking a Senior Accountant with 2-5 years of experience in process improvement and/or audit to join their growing team in Tempe, AZ. The right individual should have a mix of public and private as well as full cycle general ledger experience. Seeking someone who is comfortable with change as the company is in the midst of lots of growth.
Preparation of accurate and timely reporting including financial statements
Revenue and expense analysis
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
Collaboration with top tier clients, internal team and Accounting Manager
Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA is preferred
Process improvement with systems and automation
Advanced Excel skills
Attention to detail and precise data handling
Ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities
Desire to expand knowledge base
Team player and ability to work independently
Minimum 2 years of related experience
