Protective Insurance is seeking an experienced Form Filing Specialist to join its Claims Administration Department in Carmel, Ind. This individual will provide superb form filing support. The ideal candidate possesses strong computer and organization skills.
- Process incoming form filing request
- Work in imaging system to upload documents to claim files
- Reconcile records as needed
- Assist with general insurance claim support task
- Process claims letters and documentation
- Assist with miscellaneous projects as assigned by the supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in the insurance industry preferred but not required
- 1 to 3 years in a similar role preferred
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
