Providence is calling a Community Relations Coordinator (Day Shift 0.5 FTE) to Providence Emilie Court Assisted Living in Spokane, Washington. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all – especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
Please note: The schedule for this position will be primarily weekends, with one day during the week that will be determined following hire.
In this position you will:
Track and analyze marketing efforts.
In coordination with the director develop marketing plan and makes budget plan recommendations.
Track marketing results to achieve prudent utilization of budget and provides monthly updates to director and administrator.
Assure community awareness of facility through design and maintenance of outreach plans for providers, social services, senior organizations and other public or private agencies that serve the senior populations. Provide weekly report to director and administrator on community contacts and potential resident leads.
Organize in house marketing activities (i.e. educational seminars, bazaar’s, etc) to increase the public’s awareness of Emilie Court. Coordinates events with activity department.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Experience in marketing
CPR/First Aide card
Food handlers permit
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Two or four year degree in a Health-related field from an accredited college or university
Two years experience in long term care
