Customer Service Representative Inbound/Outbound/Chat

Shift Details:

Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour break)

Saturday and Sunday off!

*Mondays are mandatory*

Job Duties:

  • Receive inbound calls and chats on behalf of dealership clients and assist their customers. This breaks down into making a service appointment and answering inquiries as needed.
  • Receive dealership chats and assist customers as needed.
  • Collect and send leads to dealerships based on collected chats.
  • Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries while communicating with customers.
  • Gather and update customer information.
  • Utilize detailed scripts provided by the dealership in addressing customer inquiries
  • and concerns to meet the dealerships and manufactures objectives.
  • Work in close proximity to other OnCALLogists in a team-based environment.
  • Conduct outbound calls following a pre-designed script (service/sales follow-up).
  • Maintain a productive shift while responding to multiple chats
  • Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.

Previous customer service experience is preferred.

Some automotive knowledge is also preferred.
