Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour break)
Saturday and Sunday off!
*Mondays are mandatory*
- Receive inbound calls and chats on behalf of dealership clients and assist their customers. This breaks down into making a service appointment and answering inquiries as needed.
- Receive dealership chats and assist customers as needed.
- Collect and send leads to dealerships based on collected chats.
- Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries while communicating with customers.
- Gather and update customer information.
- Utilize detailed scripts provided by the dealership in addressing customer inquiries
- and concerns to meet the dealerships and manufactures objectives.
- Work in close proximity to other OnCALLogists in a team-based environment.
- Conduct outbound calls following a pre-designed script (service/sales follow-up).
- Maintain a productive shift while responding to multiple chats
- Strictly adhere to all company direction related to the National Do Not Call List and Privacy Acts.
- Be well-written
- Be able to type 35 Words Per Minute

Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Some automotive knowledge is also preferred.
