Summit is currently seeking candidate for the following position:
Develop and Internalize lesson plans
Establish and enforce a set of rules for the classroom
Keep parents updated on their child's progress
Prepare students for standardized tests
Monitor the halls in between classes
Encourage students to learn as much as they can
Recognize problematic behavior in students
Keep the classroom under control
Be punctual and timely to work and assigned duties
Experience and Skills:
Master's degree in teaching (preferred)
Ability to control a classroom
Organizational skills (proficiency in use of Microsoft 360)
Effective communication and listening skills
State teaching certification (if applicable)
Ability to be coached and/or mentored by dedicated educators and partners
