We’re looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our team. We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and creative individual who will be responsible for interviewing and sourcing and who will work closely with our talent acquisition and hiring managers to find the best talent. We are building an exceptional team and need a contract recruiter to support the fast growth of TrueAccord. We have a great product, incredible customers and an amazing future ahead of us.

As a Contract Recruiter you will demonstrate your ability to be creative and find extraordinary talent through a variety of methods. You will communicate effectively with your sourced candidates, build relationships, encourage them to interview at TrueAccord, interview candidates and then liaise with hiring managers and the talent acquisition team alike to maximize their experience.

This position is a contract role based in house in our SF headquarters with a possibility to grow into full-time.


  • Source, interview and hire across for all teams but primarily engineering
  • Manage multiple sourcing channels to build talent pipelines and execute on (including but not limited to personal and professional networks, strategic research, referral generation, events, and cold calling)
  • Evaluate candidates by screening resumes, interviewing qualified candidates, and evaluating skill level
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to understand and define hiring needs (technical requirements of roles, the function and how it fits into the organization) and establish effective processes to support hiring goals
  • Provide weekly report regarding hiring pipeline and candidates in the process
  • Ability to document metrics and reports to demonstrate successful lead generation of candidates through the different stages of candidate sourcing
  • Recommend and drive improvements in recruiting tools and processes


  • 3+ years recruiting experience; technical recruiting experience a must
  • Proven track record of managing and closing multiple requisitions
  • In-depth knowledge of technology industry landscapes and trends
  • Demonstrated experience creating and executing recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of high quality talent
  • Track record for successfully identifying and qualifying exceptional technical candidates
  • Interview skills with ability to screen for both technical and team cultural fit
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent collaboration and organizational skills
  • Able to work effectively both independently as well as in a team environment
