Job Summary:
This position will provide confidential administrative assistance in Legal Affairs and will maintain the file and budget systems, as well as supporting the supervising attorney with administrative support, draft communications, and proofreading.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential:
1) Creating, organizing, and maintaining ongoing legal filings
2) Litigation and pre-litigation support including gathering documents, filing, generating timelines, and responding to requests for information
3) Administrative support duties including but not limited to drafting documents, proofreading, scheduling meetings, booking travel, and supervising executive mailbox and saving documents
4) Support the budget for the office with ongoing tracking of budget, case/claim expense tracking, budget reporting/management, and accounts payable.
5) Publish and collect annual confidentiality agreements and conflict of interest surveys
6) Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
High School Diploma. Paralegal certification, or Bachelor's degree, from an accredited institution of higher education preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of five years of experience in a related environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. This is not a remote position. FTE 1.0.
