Newport Hotel Group is seeking full time Call Center Reservations Agents to work at the company's Home Office located in Middletown, RI. The starting rate of pay is $18.00 per hour with opportunities for pay increases after 90 days and 1 year of employment. Agents are responsible for taking hotel reservations calls for ten hotels located throughout New England and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Call Center Reservations Agent Requirements and Qualifications
- Full time staff members, must have a flexible work schedule, days off and shifts will vary week to week. The office is currently open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 10:00pm and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Staff members must have the ability to multitask.
