You will be responsible for providing various levels of administrative support with a primary focus on Local House Sales and a secondary focus on supporting the Local Sales Team.

Performance: You are able to multi-task high priority projects and company needs with ease. Your ability to oversee the Programming function and mange tracking, reporting and analysis of ratings is second to none.

Solution-Oriented: You are clever, smart and creative in bringing ideas to solve problems.
You have 1+ year(s) of administrative experience; experience supporting a sales department would be a big plus; interest in learning advertising sales
Maintain NESN’s advertising sales campaigns including order entry, revisions and trafficking of commercial units and other deliverables.
Monitor and organize displaced Sales inventory and provide make-goods to resolve outstanding inventory on a daily basis
Coordinate sponsorship enhancements and advertiser integrations prior to on-air execution by working closely with account executives, marketing, creative services and programming
Assist Local Account Executives with post buy analyses, sponsorship and element integration
Fielding inbound calls from internal and external partners and proactively assisting with requests.
Distribute affidavit posts, contracts, invoices and exact times upon request
Gather advertiser sponsorship examples via video capture and other methods, create high-quality one sheets for merchandising
You will develop and maintain proficiency with sales software tools - Wide Orbit, Strata, Volicon, Ariana, Media Monitors
