Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Director is a pivotal role responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth for PS Senior Living. This individual will lead both the sales and marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive and effective strategy to attract new residents and build strong relationships with the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve occupancy goals.
- Conduct tours and consultations with prospective residents and their families.
- Build relationships with referral sources, such as hospitals, nursing homes, rehabs, physicians, and community organizations.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to move-in.
- Track sales metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Marketing:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan with clear objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Manage all aspects of marketing, including advertising, public relations, social media, website development, and collateral materials.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and their needs.
- Plan and execute special events and promotional campaigns.
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Supervise and mentor the marketing team.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or senior living.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales and occupancy goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in G-Suites, CRM software, and marketing software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Passion for serving seniors and their families.
