Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to oversee our dining establishment's daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, inventory control, and hospitality to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including ordering, inventory control, and quality assurance
- Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative menus and specials
- Maintain a clean and organized dining environment
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
Experience
- Proven experience in a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Familiarity with casual dining establishments
- Excellent understanding of food safety protocols
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
