We are implementing Cerner RevCycle solutions and need a Patient Access Application Architect with Scheduling, Registration solutions experience to help provide maintenance and support of the Cerner Patient Access solutions. As a Revenue Cycle Solution architect you will be providing break-fix, problem and request resolution, updates/upgrades, regulatory-required changes.
As a Revenue Cycle Solution Architect you are responsible for providing expert domain knowledge, including workflow, design, and process, to drive positive end user experience and utilization of applications. Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating proactive support efforts across solutions. Finally, you will leads implementation activities in your domain and coordinate with clients and vendors to identify and resolve domain level architecture issues.
In this role you will have extensive contact with end users, including senior leadership levels within our client’ organization. Additionally, you will play a key role in bringing clarity to ambiguous or understated problems and works across Cerner teams and client Revenue Integrity teams to develop a strategy to create client satisfaction.

Bachelor's degree in General Studies or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
3 years experience with Patient Access solutions such as Scheduling, Registration.
Revenue Cycle experience with Cerner Millennium platform
Previous Solution Architect experience
Basic understanding of Cerner clinical solutions and ability to demonstrate knowledge of integration points in a clinically driven revenue cycle system.
Must live in or be willing to relocate to Silver Spring, MD area
