Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain the quality of information within the CRM data base
  • Manage, organize, and analyze client information
  • Ensure a seamless process flow from the initial sales opportunity to customer’s PO received
  • Ensure that information regarding sales cycle is accurate and up-to-date in the CRM system
  • Interacts with Sales and Client Relations staff to ensure that customers receive the best service possible
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Implement various CRM procedures on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Ensure CRM designs are aligned with business objectives
  • Assist in projects by conducting business analysis and submitting necessary documentation
  • Collaborate with different departments, including business development, sales, and client relations to ensure efficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from top tier university
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM database
  • Excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and willingness to take initiative
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities
  • Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
  • Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
  • Build and operate processes to both reactively capture and proactively identify opportunities, as well as documenting and managing them
  • Provide feedback on product functionality and potential enhancements
  • Ability to deploy, customize and integrate CRM
  • Customize the system to meet the business needs of the company.
  • Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture.
  • Assist with deployment and provisioning activities

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • CRM: 2 years (Required)
  • Salesforce: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
