Temperament to communicate with a variety of personalities in a tactful, pleasant, and professional manner. Strong writing and proven research skills are essential, as is the ability to edit and proofread documents. Familiarity with HTML/SGML, ProQuest, and Lexis/Nexis is required. A Master’s degree or higher in history, public history with related experience preferred. Ability to work in a team-oriented work environment is required. Must be competent in the operation of PC compatibles, detail-oriented, and able to lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
