We're seeking a highly organized and skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle confidential information and communications
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Organize and maintain office systems, procedures, and supply management
- Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Knowledge of the millwork industry is a plus
