Deutsche Bank Global Technology (DBGT) , located near the Research Triangle Park (RTP) area of North Carolina, is a dedicated software development center that presents a startup feel within the larger Deutsche Bank organization. Deutsche Bank Global Technology is a dedicated application development and software engineering center that supports the Bank to access leading technology skills and promote innovation in the development of software applications and leading-edge IT solutions.

Role Description

Platform Tech Delivery Platforms dbPPM is responsible for the Project Portfolio Management application (dbPPM) that supports Deutsche Bank’s Program Management and Cost Management and Recovery. dbPPM is comprised dbClarity and dbDataCore which function as the principal entry points for all Programs and Projects capture, management and cost recovery.

What You’ll Do:
Contribute to the design, implementation and delivery of an enterprise wide Project and Portfolio Management
System development of features adapted to Deutsche Bank’s operating environment, business priorities and needs
Role requires a technical but structured individual with a passion for enabling technology, introducing fresh ideas and thinking that inspires and permeates the team
High interaction directly with the dbPPM Product Team on developing, executing and realizing a different, better, more innovative approach with the effect of driving up customer experience and satisfaction of the Deutsche Bank Cary Technology Center

Skills You’ll Need:
Designing and driving good development, release and support standards
Development experience engineering Linux and Windows based applications
Proficient knowledge of Java, XML, HTML, Oracle, SQL Server
Strong SQL skills
Excellent understanding of Web Application Architecture
Exposure to CA Clarity and/or other PPM offerings beneficial

Skills That Will Help You Excel:
Bachelors from an accredited college or university or work related experience
Delivery of dbPPM engineering deliverables
Support of the dbPPM application stack, in regards to patching, upgrades, development & support
