Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to join our team in providing care and support to residents in an assisted living facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities.
Duties
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, dressing, and eating
- Ensure resident rights are respected and upheld at all times
- Administer medications following proper protocols
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Help maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Assist with mobility and transferring residents as needed
Requirements
- Experience in assisted living, senior care, or related field preferred
- Ability to lift and move residents safely
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures
- Knowledge of dementia care practices is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a nursing home or home care setting

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
