CNSP is looking for a Doctrine Support Analyst who shall assist the Jamaican Defense Force (JDF) to develop a more effective analytical intelligence framework that appropriately tasks the Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Doctrine Support Analyst shall assist in developing the areas listed below through Transformational Communications Architecture subject matter expert exchanges, seminars, and assessments conducted by the 12th Air Force (AF)/Air Forces Southern (AFSOUTH) and through Mobile Training Team engagements coordinated through the 12th AF/AFSOUTH. These are but not limited to:

Daily battle rhythm whereby operational level planners synchronize with senior leadership, e.g., target coordination board
Prioritized target list and incorporating a daily vetting of the list between air and maritime operational planners
Lessons-learned process to document processes and address concerns of lower echelon planners
Process to shorten the orders production timeline and incorporating this process give planners the opportunity to adjust proactively to the dynamic planning requirements of the operational environment

Supervisory/Management Authority:
The Doctrine Support Analyst shall report to both TAFT and the SCO Chief at the U. S. Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica. The Doctrine Support Analyst shall provide reports directly to the OIC of TAFT for dissemination within USSOUTHCOM and DoS. He/She will provide report to the TAFT OIC on a bi-weekly basis that includes an assessment of technical progress, schedule status, any travel conducted, and any concerns or recommendations.

Education and/or Experience:
  • Candidates Must be US Citizens
  • Candidates must have an active and current Secret clearance at the time of applying to this position.
  • Candidates will be subject to a US federal government background investigation and be able to favorably pass a drug screen.
  • Candidates must have a valid and up to date US Passport whose expiration date is at least for one year and/or more.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in Aviation and ISR
  • Required minimum of five (5) years of experience with Maritime Patrol and Joint/Combined Airborne ISR TTP
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in the use of Imagery Intelligence capabilities and TTPs used in modern manned ISR assets
  • Candidates are required to have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with foreign ISR units especially in Latin America and the Caribbean.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in mission planning.
  • Candidates must have excellent English language and presentation skills to interact with foreign authorities.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Candidates who have professional proficiency level of the Spanish Language (Latin America) at the 3/3 of the Defense Language Proficiency Test are preferred but not necessary.
A PMP certification will be preferred but not necessary

Work Environment:
Work will be done in a controlled office environment, foreign military installations and or US Embassy/Consulate.
