Job Description

What You’ll Get to Do:
Administrative Assistant at the Office/Division level.

More About the Role:
You will support the Office Head and other senior management as follows:

Manage files
Coordinate meetings
Use Access database to track correspondence
Monitor time and attendance system
Take meeting minutes
Prepare status updates
Perform data entry in a financial management system
Have the opportunity to learn new business applications
Have the opportunity to learn about and provide functional support to Office Head and other senior management
General administrative and other duties as assigned

You’ll Bring these Qualifications:
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good people skills
Well organized
Ability and desire to learn new things

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Any financial experience or knowledge
Proof-reading skills
Critical thinking skills
