Job Title: Change Control Administrator (Medcomp)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Product Managers

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

Summary compiles, initiates and maintains controlled records and related files by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Initiate Change Requests (CRs) for both Domestic and International Sales & Marketing.

Support with the coordination of documentation and asset configuration management.

Review submitted change requests to ensure that they are completed accurately.

Provide first level technical review of requests.

Process change requests using Document Management System.

Troubleshoot issues and provide direction in resolving issues with submitted change requests.

Follow up to ensure that the changes were implemented as specified

Gather and process info needed to properly implement, gather or close a change control

Ability to adapt to changing Regulatory, Packaging, Engineering etc regulations.

Become proficient in all core product categories

Education and/or Experience

A.A. and/or High School Diploma at minimum or two+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Previous Document Control experience is preferred.

Ability to work in a high volume fast moving environment. Ability to multi-task is crucial.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet software; Inventory software; Manufacturing software; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

AS400/MAPICS/PowerLink, MS Office applications and FileMaker Pro.
