Custodial Services Worker - Lobby Attendant

Summary: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the Main Lobby, West Lobby and bathrooms, Hall of Fame, South Gallery, Faculty Club Restaurant and bathrooms, Executive & Sales Offices and the back of the house.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Able to lift 50 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Able to work all shifts including weekends and occasional overnights
  • 1 year of hotel or public custodial experience


  • Clean and stock bathrooms.
  • Dust, mop and clean lobby area including hallway stairs, furniture, house phone and trash cans.
  • Dust, clean, remove trash, and vacuum Executive and Sales offices as needed.
  • Wipe down walls, clean elevator tracks and dust all surfaces.
  • Vacuum, dust and remove trash from the Front Desk and Bell stand area.
  • Patrol and pick up trash from the front and side of the building.
  • Responsible for turning in all lost and found articles to the Security Office to be logged.
  • Track and deliver guest requests items in a timely manner.
  • Clean and stock guest and employee bathrooms.
  • Dust, mop and clean public spaces including lobbies, South and North Galleries, stairwells, elevators and elevator landings.
  • Dust, clean and vacuum all back of house areas as well as all offices including the Executive and Sales offices, Housekeeping, Human Resources, Front Desk and Security offices.
  • Patrol and pick up trash from the front and side of the building.
  • Assist room attendants when needed.
  • Assists in the unloading and the proper storage of housekeeping deliveries.
  • Maintain extra beds, cribs, microwaves and refrigerator.
  • Report any engineering issues to Supervisor or Manager.
  • Responsible for turning in all lost and found articles to the Security office to be logged.
  • Other duties may include washing terry when needed, moving furniture, deep cleaning assigned areas and spot cleaning carpet and upholstery as needed.
