POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position will contact existing vacation package holders to encourage travel by booking travel dates via outbound calling. They will accomplish this by providing superior customer service and valuable information about our resorts and qualification standards. This role consists of upselling pre-paid packages, as well. NO COLD-CALLING INVOLVED!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:

  • Make outbound phone calls to open-dated vacation package holders and book travel dates
  • Assist guests with inquiries relating to the package they have already purchased and information regarding their upcoming vacation
  • Handle situations with dis-satisfied guests

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be able to meet or exceed weekly minimum production standards set forth by the department
  • Previous Sales / Customer Service experience in a large contact center environment preferred
  • Timeshare/hospitality background preferred

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and have the ability to learn additional software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to read/write/speak the English language, Spanish a plus

Salary: $400.00 to $500.00 /year
