Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of relevant work experience in leading strategy and operations for organizations.
Experience with stakeholder management.
Preferred qualifications:
MBA degree or equivalent experience.
Customer solutions and/or compliance experience.
Proven problem-solver with a demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives.
Executive-level written/verbal communication and influencing skills.
Ability to manage, influence, and persuade others without direct authority.
About the job
The mission of the Google Customer Solutions (GCS) Central Strategy and Operations team is to advance the cross-functional strategy, capabilities, and operations that enable GCS growth. We are the heartbeat of GCS – the vital center that nourishes the GCS business and keeps it healthy.
Within the broader Strategy and Operations organization, the Incentives and Integrity team plays a key role in influencing GCS rhythms by designing incentives, setting productivity targets, encouraging a culture of ethical business, and deploying various Google policies. As a Sales Integrity Program Manager, you will create and reinforce a culture of ethical business in GCS. You will define business integrity expectations for our global team and drive programs designed to ensure those expectations are understood and followed.
Responsibilities
Define sales integrity expectations for the GCS salesforce and ensure that they are well understood; ensure the expectations evolve as the business does.
Create and deploy mechanisms to monitor and enforce compliance with GCS policies. Drive continuous improvement and simplification for in-flight sales integrity operations.
Be a thought partner and advisor to global business growth program managers, sales managers, and senior GCS leaders in the sales integrity space.
Act as primary liaison to a variety of critical partners including Compensation, Internal Audit, Finance, go-to-market, and global RSO counterparts to drive alignment and progress towards global GCS priorities.
Deliver high quality executive communications: develop narratives, partner across cross-functional teams on content, and own delivery of messaging across GCS teams and up to senior executives
