Job Summary

We are looking for an Office Assistant to perform a variety of bookkeeping and financial tasks.

Responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements. You will also run accounting software programs (e.g. Quickbooks) to process business transactions, like accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers and receipts. Must have 1 - 3 years of experience with Quickbooks accounting software.

Ultimately, a successful Office Assistant will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively. Accuracy and attention to detail is a must, as well as the ability to multi-task and perform filing and record keeping tasks.
