The Digital Email Marketing Specialist supports the Digital Marketing project lead in the execution of client initiatives including: Paid Search Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Digital Display Advertising, Social Media, Email Campaigns and Mobile Marketing. This position requires the ability to optimize campaigns using media management, website analytics and analysis tools and develop client- focused strategy and performance review presentations.
Set up email templates, manage QA and deploy campaigns
Help synthesize offers and content into effective email messaging
Create performance reports demonstrating the current ROI and improvement over time (revenue per expense, cost per conversion, etc.)
Own and optimize email process, and deliverables
Develop and track email (deliverability and in box placement) performance to achieve goals
Work cross functionally with other groups to design new emails and improve existing messaging. Point person for email message optimization
Website structural optimization
Execution of inbound link building program
Measurement and optimization of natural search ranking and traffic
Social media integration (page likes, +1, tweets, etc.)
Help transform campaign ideas and concepts into email messages and communication sequences
Execute Digital Display Advertising Campaigns
Support the planning and buying of media from Digital media publishers
Perform campaign setup: implement ad serving/tracking, traffic creative, establish and validate measurement and QA campaign setup (publisher implementation)
Optimize campaign performance through analysis, media and creative optimization
Develop weekly and support quarterly campaign reports; review key insights with clients
Conduct Social Media campaigns
Convey a compelling story that are crafted to influence and educate
Perform discovery on social media landscape for brand and category
Implement focused campaigns that translate core marketing initiatives to social platforms
Optimize campaigns through performance analysis
Conveys relevant information in a candid and timely manner
Listens to and engages others in discussions by inviting diverse points of view
Ability to convey complete thoughts both verbally and in written form
Provides appropriate rationale and context to drive decisions
Understanding of client budgets against agency deliverables
Support Manager, etc. in ongoing budget management/reconciliation, etc.
Willingness to utilize/seek out insights from more sr. members of team
Proactive in working across groups to gain diverse points of view and apply against objectives
Engage others within/outside of core group to convey team efforts and alignment against key dept/client efforts
Manage campaigns to meet client goals while providing outstanding customer service
Advance the services and practices of the Digital Marketing group through internal initiatives
3+ years digital media research experience (preferably agency or vendor)
Degree recipient in mathematics, statistics, marketing and psychology
Understanding of brands, communication channels and consumer behaviors
Experience in research techniques and approaches; brand health tracking, campaign effectiveness, cross-channel effectiveness studies, consumer segmentation and media testing
Strong client facing skills and presentation mastery
Conceptual knowledge of comScore, GfK MRI, eMarketer, Qualtrics

Experience in survey programming and analysis, social listening platforms
Ability to conduct focus groups, brainstorming and in-depth interviews
