Intern will provides support to the operations of the Talent Management/Organization Development and Learning (OD&L) section.
Shadows OD interventions to learn about practice; researches best practices; assists with writing and transcribing flip charts. Provides support to the implementation of learning and development programs. Preferred candidates will be in their junior or senior year of undergraduate studies or in a graduate program with a focus on organization development, human resources management, adult education or a related field.
Excellent customer service and communication skills in addition to proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
