The Maintenance & Repair Technician (internal title: Line Repair Technician) performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of Assembly line equipment. Independently diagnoses and resolves any maintenance issues. Serves as a liaison with the Engineering and Assembly teams to report all Assembly line issues that develop.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain Assembly line equipment
-
Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance
-
Completes maintenance and repair records as required
-
Assists with installation and modification of production equipment
-
Performs maintenance, repair functions, and calibrating assembly line and repair equipment
-
Perform regular and routine ESD equipment testing
Troubleshoot and repair SentriLock products

Diagnosis, repair, and rebuild electro-mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies

Provide feedback to Operations Manager and Lead Assemblers regarding equipment updates and repair results

Work with software systems to track and update data on repair products

Work collaboratively with the Engineering department to suggest enhancements and upgrades to line equipment
Requirements:
Educational Requirements / Preferences
High School Diploma/GED or 2 year Technical Trade School - Required
Experience Requirements / Preferences
2 Years - Technical Troubleshooting - Preferred
1 Year - General maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or electrical system maintenance - Required
Other Requirements / Preferences
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
