The Senior Manager In-Store Environment will focus on driving key initiatives, large cross-functional projects, and process improvements. Acts as liaison across the ISE portfolio and cross-functional support teams, including MET, Field Merchandising, Finance, Merchandising Solutions, IT, Product Development, Building Services, Construction, Legal, Loss Prevention, Safety and Strategic Business Development departments. Leads an analytical team responsible for solution oriented activities, research and analytics, champions data integrity and oversees the development and implementation of reporting, tools and operational standards.
MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
30%- Plans, manages, and executes key initiatives, large cross-functional projects, divisional field requests, and capital projects
20%- Key responsibilities include strategic planning, scope development, creating and managing project work plans and schedules, project deliverables, managing issues, financial and budget management, and metric reporting for life after project.
30%- Develops/implements operational processes and/or systematic changes that improve operational processes, efficiency gains, and cost reduction. Acts as SME in all ISE functions / processes. Creates/maintains process library for all functional areas.
10%-Communicates effectively at all levels and ensures communication is modulated based on the audience. Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. Motivates and influences team members, creating well- balanced cross-functional team.
10%-Interface with key stakeholders. Develop working relationships with internal team and business partners including Store Operations, Merchandising and field partners.

Position Typically reports to Director
This position has 2-5 direct reports.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 4 years
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio)
Technical Expertise (SQL, BQ and Tableau)
