The SME should have a strong cyber operations background to include Cyber ISR, DCO and OCO (also referred to CNE, CND and CNA). The successful candidate should understand the IC and DoD organizations and their operations and authorities. In addition, they should be familiar with threats, mitigations, tools and companies (both vendors and contractors) operating in this domain. The SME will work in close collaboration with the OSS leadership teams pursuing opportunities to grow CACI’s cyber presence across current and new customers.
As the OSS Cyber SME, you will:
Perform as the lead Cyber Operations Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for assisting in growing CACI’s OSS cyber operations portfolio. The SME will provide development of solutions and assist in shaping requirements to solve our customers’ challenges by:
Shaping technical cybersecurity architecture development
Performing risk-based architecture analysis
Evaluating emerging cyber technologies
Evaluating and informing on cybersecurity policy, regulations and guidelines
Author executive level briefings and point papers
Active TS SCI clearance with polygraph is required to start
College degree (B.S., M.S.) in Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Management Systems or a related discipline
Experience writing white papers and developing presentations
Experience in either DoD or IC organizations conducting cyber operations
Professional Experience: twelve (12+) years related technical experience
Working knowledge of and ability to assist others in the use of information security provisioning and monitoring tools to support process improvement
Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative CNO principles and ideas
Experience working on unusually complicated problems and providing solutions that are highly creative and resourceful
Experience with continuous integration tools and environments
Experience with Computer Network Operations (CNO) processes, procedures, and tools
Acting independently to expose and resolve problems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team
Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter
