Full Job Description
Our Business Quality Analyst Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coaching a team of business quality analysts working within an agile scrum environment, job duties include helping define best practices, coordinating efforts between team members, mentoring and training new team members, and defining and tracking performance metrics.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or comparable experience in business analysis / software quality analysis/ project management
This position requires a minimum 5 years’ experience in Business or Systems Analysis. Previous experience coaching and managing business analysts/ software quality analysts preferred
Ability to interact with internal and external customers to interpret business requirements
Ability to understand and interact with technically oriented team members
Demonstrated soft skills, including experience in facilitation, diplomacy, and conflict resolution
Experience with project management including how to work with deadlines and how to estimate the duration of a project
Ability to effectively communicate cross-organizationally and work well in a small team, fast-paced environment
A highly motivated, well-organized, self-starter desiring an opportunity to grow both technically and professionally
Must have a “can-do” attitude and is flexible to work outside of normal business hours
This position requires someone who has excellent phone etiquette, possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, is customer service driven and fully embraces the KM Two Customer Philosophy with every interaction
This position requires the ability to effectively problem solve and work independently of others
This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to be responsive and persuasive at all levels of the organization. Superior ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, managers, sales representatives and members of the general public in both written and verbal form.
This position requires the execution of an Employment Agreement contract between Kimball Midwest and the employee
