Currently seeking an Embroidery Machine Tester/Prep to test, prep, and troubleshoot our commercial machinery for quality assurance purposes.
Candidates DO NOT need prior embroidery machine experience, but experience as an tester or in a similar capacity is strongly required.

Job Duties:
- Understand the functionality and features of our entire suite of machinery and products
- Product test and quality control for Ricoma machinery
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with embroidery commercial equipment and technology
- Pinpoint and resolve the technical inquiries of our machinery prior to shipment
- Calibrating and testing designs on the equipment to ensure everything is functional before shipment
- Document issues and create reports from faulty machinery
- Ability to replace embroidery machinery parts when necessary
- Communicate issues and recommendations to management regarding product issues
Job Requirements:
- Mechanically inclined with ability and experience to dissemble machinery, change parts and reassemble required
- Prior hands-on experience with technical, mechanical, or electronic components strongly preferred
- Strong ability to learn a new product from the ground up and ability to detect and solve problems are a must
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to be organized, multi-task, and find solutions to urgent requests in an accurate and timely manner
- High attention to detail, dynamic, flexible, hard-working, and highly organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
